Refund policy
At ADITYA CREATION, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not show any signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help.adityacreation@gmail.com. Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package received
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order.
- The refund is generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund has not been received after the expected period, please contact your bank or payment service provider before reaching out to us.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
- For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be applicable to the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, eligible orders may still qualify for return under this policy after delivery.
